According to the company's general manager Long Shushan, the SMMMS spun-melt nonwoven fabric consists of a 5-layer structure (spunbond layer, 3-layer meltblown layer, spunbond layer), and the middle microfiber (as thin as the skin) plays the role of a reliable, selectively filtered barrier ,which is the best choice for medical disposable surgical gowns. At the same time, the company uses PTFE composite membrane as the isolation layer to develop medical multi-functional surgical suits for human body characteristics in Asia. It has good physical and mechanical properties, as well as durable waterproof, water-repellent, anti-bacterial, anti-static, flame-retardant, moisture-permeable and other properties. It has good barrier properties to the blood and virus under natural conditions and pressure conditions, and the blocking rate is greater than 99%. All the specifications meet GB19082 and WSB58.
